Open Profile and tap Restore. For a manually granted entitlement, check that the subscription user ID in Profile matches the RevenueCat customer. Do not uninstall the app to troubleshoot: projects are stored locally.
Completed diagrams are saved on the device and reopen without another map request. Older projects are upgraded using their local map cache the first time they open. Deleting the app removes local projects.
Open your Apple subscription settings to change or cancel your subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
